IPSO PARTNERSHIP

We are delighted to announce our partnership with the International Professional Scouting Organisation (IPSO) with the objective of increasing the amount of well-trained scouts who will cover women’s football. In what has traditionally been a male-dominated field, we also aim to encourage women from all backgrounds to gain the tool kit to go on and develop their scouting career.

As part of the partnership we hope to train women from both outside the game from all walks of life, as well as within the game (player’s coaches, players and managers),  in the art of observation in football scouting and analysis. Then the IPSO-trained scouts will gain practical, real-world experience on scouting assignments directed by Sisu Sports Management.

To achieve this, IPSO will run courses on football scouting and analysis, then the IPSO-trained scouts will gain practical, real-world experience on scouting assignments directed by Sisu Sports Management who will provide tickets and games of interest needed to complete said courses.

If you would like to understand better about the role of scouts in women’s football and possible career pathways then send enquiries to:  Sisu Sports Management by email on info@sisusportsmanagement.com

Scouts that pass IPSO’s Level 3 course Talent ID (TID) in youth coaching will have games allocated to them. They will get expenses to cover the game and not need to commute very far with a limit of approximately one hour travel time to a game.

If successful in recommending a player that subsequently gets taken onto the agency and secures a professional club contract, the scout will get a reward in percentage of the player commission. IPSO and SISU will assess the scout’s performance to determine their impact of the player’s signing.
